The villa
A place made for long summer evenings
Villa Gemini sits in a quiet street of Selca, a stone village on the eastern side of Brač. The shops, cafés and the village square are a five-minute walk away, and the sea is a short drive or a pleasant walk downhill.
Life here happens outdoors. The pool and loungers sit under olive trees, the hot tub under a wooden pergola, and the long dining table under the vines is set for the whole group. When the sun goes down the garden lights come on and nobody wants to go to bed.
The garden is fully fenced, with a playground, swings and a trampoline for the kids, so families and dog owners can relax. We are always happy to help with tips, from boat trips to the best konoba on the island.

Location
In the heart of Selca, eastern Brač
Selca is a quiet stone village known for its stonemasons and its large church. The house is a short walk from the village centre, close to the sea and the Sumartin ferry port, and Bol with the famous Zlatni Rat beach is about half an hour away.

Getting there
The easiest way is the car ferry from Split to Supetar (about 50 min), then a scenic drive across the island. From Makarska you can take the short ferry to Sumartin, just 2.4 km from the house. Brač also has a small airport with summer flights.

What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. If you need a different time, just ask and we'll do our best.
Can we bring our dog?+
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome on request. The garden is fully fenced. Please mention it in your inquiry.
When is the pool open?+
The pool is open from mid-April until the end of October.
Is parking available?+
Yes, there is private parking for 4–5 cars inside the fenced property.
How do I book and pay?+
Send us an inquiry with your dates. We'll confirm availability and send you an offer. A deposit confirms the booking and the rest is paid before or on arrival.
Is smoking allowed?+
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
